Our team is made up a range of roles including Care and Wellbeing Assistants, Care and Wellbeing Consultants and Wellbeing Companions.
Care and Wellbeing Assistants
Our Care and Wellbeing assistants work 1-1 in someone’s home. They are given excellent support by our team to ensure they have all that they need to give our clients the best care and quality of life possible. We’d love to hear from you if you are interested in providing live-in care, or might consider being part of our bank team (known as Standby Superheroes).

Standby Superhero
£13.00 per hour
We're looking for some Standby Superheroes to join our friendly, fun and fabulous team in Kent and Sussex!
What is a Standby Superhero?
We’re looking for individuals to help us provide excellent live-in care, usually within someone’s home. Often, the people enquiring about care need immediate assistance and we are building a team of Standby Superheroes who can step in to care for those people whilst we organise long term solutions tailored to their requirements.
What does Plan with Care Do?
Amongst a range of other things, we provide a live-in Care and Wellbeing service. We are a passionate and pioneering Care and Wellbeing company that is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of providing the highest quality care and well-being to the people we support.
However, our passion does not stop there! we feel just as strongly about supporting our Care and Wellbeing Assistants, and giving them the acknowledgement that they so rightly deserve.
We provide up-to-date high quality training, DBS, and of course full support from our warm, friendly and supportive team who are more than happy to help wherever we can.

Owning car is a bonus but not essential. We are based in Kent but support people in both Kent and Sussex.
